Full-Time Dining Services Server.
Job Details:
- Maintain Kitchen Sanitation.
- Stocking Truck Deliveries.
- Busing and washing dishes
- Other duties as needed and assigned by the Dining Services Director.
- Serving the residents refilling beverages setting tables
Responsibility will be:
- Sanitation of all kitchen and dining room dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and cookware.
- Meeting all compliance standards for sanitation in the kitchen, storage areas, dining room, and service halls.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
- Knowledge of mechanical landscaping equipment.
- Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
